I’ve been saying since I bought the car that I wasn’t going to replace the wheels and tires until the tires were spent. As it turns out, I got tired of losing traction before I had time to wear them out. Let’s face it, 235/55/18s are way too narrow for a 400+ HP sports car. Luckily, the folks at Steeda presented me with a solution to the problem; their satin black Trident 19x10s wrapped in 285/35/19 Nitto NT555 G2s.

All that being said, I’m glad I didn’t wait. My next few changes will likely add a little more power and there’s no way the factory tires would have helped put any of it down.
